There is the “FitLand” fitness-club working for you in the building of the Tatarstan business-hotel. The fitness-club offers you an opportunity to relax after your trip, to keep fit being a long way from home, to gain vital energy after a hard working-day.
The fitness-club provides the following services:
- Massages*, sauna and a small swimming-pool.
- Gym hall with a wide choice of training machines. Our instructors certified with FPA (Fitness Professionals Association, Moscow) are always glad to help you.
- The service of personal training* is the training in convenient time for you, the individual way, the correct accomplishment all exercises on nutrition and recuperation.
- Group fitness-hall (scheduled aerobic, power, interval studies, yoga, box, martial arts).
- Cardiotheater is equipped with top-of-the-range Cybex training machines, one of the best in the world.
- If you have children we’ll take care of them. While you go in for sports, your children’ll have fun in the company of the instructor in the children fitness hall.
Fitness-club “FitLand” is open
Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 11:00 pm
Saturday-Sunday/ Holidays 9:00 am - 10:00 pm.
The cost of the single visit includes activities in the gym hall and the group fitness hall, the cardiotheater, sauna with a small swimming-pool during all working-day of the “FitLand” fitness-club.
Items which notes * are the extra services. They are not included in the cost of the single visit.
