Tatar national cuisine includes cooking traditions of Bulgar, Tatar and Russians, it has been influenced by European and Eastern countries. Tatar cuisine presents various dishes of everyday and festival menu. Apart from traditional recipes our restaurant keeps hospitality and cordiality of the nation.

Menu
- Flavorous and clear chicken noodle soup.
- Belish is the favorite dish of Tatar people. It is a pie baked with pieces of meat (lamb, beef or goose) and potatoes or rice in thin dough. You can order a Belish pie for your friends, colleagues and partners.
- Gubadya is one of the festival dishes. It is a multiple-layer pie with national fillings.
- Tatar meat, "Naurus" pelmeni served with mushroom sauce, Kazan stew.
Lobby bar
A modern cozy lobby-bar is on the 1st floor. The bar is open day and night for our guests. Being an apperitive bar it is a nice place for leisure meetings and business talks. There you can enjoy an aromatic cup of coffee in the morning or spend a lovely evening with your friends and colleagues. Juice, hard and soft cocktails and drinks, coffee, tea, soda, light meals, confectionary, cigars and cigarettes are served in our bar.
